Sun Group forges 50-50 India JV
The Indian private equity firm Sun Group has joined forces with listed Qatari real estate firm Barwa to target Indian real estate. The JV will acquire and develop land banks in high growth corridors in the country and comes two years after the $630m Sun-Apollo India Real Estate Fund.
