Minneapolis office sold for $255m

Hallandale, Florida-based Beacon Investment Properties is poised to purchase the IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis for $255 million. The deal comes on the heels of Angelo Gordon and City Center Realty Partners buying a nearby downtown tower for nearly $44 million.
