Institutions to maintain or increase allocations in 2011
Fredrik Elwing, managing director at Greenhill & Co International, told PERE at last week's PERE Forum: Frankfurt that institutional investors would either maintain or increase their exposure to real estate in 2011, although fund structures would continue to be scrutinised.
