Hypo unit originates new business

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, the business formed in June out of a merger between Hypo Real Estate Bank and subsidiary Depfa Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, has provided €40 million to UBS Wealth Management to refinance an office in Munich.
