Heitman JV in $144m US self-storage deal
The joint venture between an affiliate of Chicago-based Heitman and US self-storage REIT Sovran Self Storage has acquired a portfolio of 21 self-storage facilities located in markets throughout the US. The properties will be branded under Sovran's Uncle Bob's Self Storage brand.
