CPPIB, GGP buy Missouri mall
The Canadian pension plan and the Chicago-based shopping mall REIT have purchased a two-storey, 482,000-square-foot shopping centre in St Louis from Davis Street Properties. CPPIB also will invest in another St. Louis mall owned by GGP.
