REC Europe tracked loans totalling €850 million in the last week. Among the newest debt deals is a ¥30 billion (€185 million) loan issued to European logistics manager CTP via the yen-denominated, cross-border syndicated loan market. Also included, is a £300 million (€360 million) refinancing to London-listed Warehouse REIT issued by an HSBC-led club.
